Displayed prices apply to the standard scope described for each package and are total prices for that scope. No additional work or cost is charged without prior agreement.

The free profile check is an informational enquiry. Submitting the form does not create an order or payment obligation.

How to submit a written consumer complaint

A consumer may send a written complaint through the contact form on deuspix.com, by post or in person to: DE LUXE, obrt za usluge i trgovinu, vl. Nenad De Luxe, Čakovec, Tome Masaryka 7B, Croatia.

Receipt is acknowledged without undue delay. A written response is provided no later than 15 days after receipt, stating clearly whether the complaint is accepted as justified. Records of written complaints are kept on a durable medium for at least one year.

When you submit the free profile check form, I process the data you provide: name, business name, city, email, mobile number and whether you already have a Google profile. The purpose is to respond to your request, prepare the profile check and, if requested, prepare an offer. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a possible contract and the legitimate interest in protecting forms from abuse.

If you separately tick the optional tips-and-offers box, your email may also be used for direct marketing based on your consent. This consent is not required for the free check and may be withdrawn at any time.

Ordinary enquiry data is kept for no longer than 12 months after the last relevant communication unless a business relationship develops or a legal retention obligation applies. Marketing consent lasts until withdrawn. Personal data is not sold. Hosting, email and technical service providers may receive data only as necessary to operate the site and communication.

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability where applicable, and withdrawal of consent. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP) or the competent supervisory authority in your country.

No automated decision-making or profiling producing legal effects is used.

Cookies and external services

The DEUSPIX theme currently does not intentionally place marketing or analytics cookies for anonymous visitors. WordPress may use essential technical cookies for logged-in administrators and certain core system functions.

The site loads web fonts from Google Fonts servers. Google may therefore receive technical data associated with the network request, such as an IP address. If GA4, Meta Pixel, remarketing or other non-essential technologies requiring consent are added later, they should not be activated before the visitor makes a choice and this policy must be updated.

Basic terms of service

1. An enquiry is not an order. The free profile check form is only for contact and analysis. A paid service contract is formed only after the scope, price, timing and other essential terms are agreed and confirmed on a durable medium such as email.
2. Scope. The standard package scope is described on the service page. Anything outside that scope is agreed before extra work starts.
3. Payment. Payment is made according to the accepted offer and/or issued invoice. This website currently has no online payment or button that concludes a paid contract.
4. Timing. Start and completion dates are confirmed in the offer or email because they depend on the profile condition and information supplied by the client.
5. Consumers and distance withdrawal. Where a distance contract is concluded with a consumer, statutory consumer rights apply, including a 14-day withdrawal right where applicable. If a consumer expressly requests that the service start before that period expires, the required statutory confirmations will be obtained, including the acknowledgement of possible loss of the withdrawal right after full performance.
6. Cancellation. Requests to cancel or withdraw from an agreed service should be sent in writing through the contact form or by post to the registered business address. Monthly management can be cancelled for the following billing month unless an individual offer states otherwise.
7. Applicable law. The business operates under Croatian law and applicable EU law. These terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights.

The service concerns optimization and management of information a Business Profile owner can control. There is no guarantee of Top 3 placement, first position, a specific number of calls, reviews or sales. Google determines local results and verification procedures independently.
